History
We develop today what everybody will use tomorrow
Originally founded in 2005 as a R&D company Quintetto is located in Pont-Saint-Martin, Aosta Valley, a few miles from the very cradle of such large global pioneers of Information Technology like Olivetti and Telecom Italia.
Its ability to address and respond with innovative solutions and systems to critical changes in industries and services, allowed Quintetto to be the receptor of multiple research grants from Italian Authorities and the European Union for several years. Thanks to continuous research and development, Quintetto grew a relevant portfolio of advanced and innovative technologies in the world of real-time multi-device, multi-flow streaming, Artificial Intelligence and holographic solutions aimed at naturalising human integration in the digital world.
2018 marked a new cornerstone in Quintetto’s story thanks to a thorough repositioning of the company bringing it to global exposure, capitalising on a unique expertise and know-how and a vertical-specific approach. This led to shareholding contribution from foreign private investors and to partnerships both in technology and business, in Italy and abroad, allowing the company to extend its market reach. Recently, new agreements of cooperation with international executives and highly experienced professionals active in industry verticals are enhancing the ability of Quintetto to respond to fine targeted requirements from prospects and customers.
Awarded the EU Commission Seal of Excellence for Innovation in 2016 and 2017, Quintetto is part of the PoloICT Innovation Hub and registered as an Innovative SME’s by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation of Italy.
Partnerships: Quintetto’s strategy is focused in creating strategic alliances with major operators in technology and markets, so to ensure a steady growth and exposure on a global scale. Among the primary key partners, Accenture, Softec, HP Enterprise, Transive ……
The story of Quintetto somehow dates back to 1995 when its original founders established Infosquare Corp. in Santa Clara, Silicon Valley. Thanks to an initial seed funding of 2.5 M$ Infosquare created a first class tool to allow non-technical people to publish contents on the web: one of the first content-management software in the world, awarded in 2000 the “Editors’ Choice Awards” by PC Magazine USA.
